Gregory Stout and Amber Rucksacks
Apr 02, 2024
Gregory's Stout and Amber Rucksacks use a combination of highly durable fabrics combined with an adjustable back length to provide a very comfortable pack. Comfort is a highlight with these packs and the combination of adjustable back length, adjustable wraparound hip belts and the usual straps mean that you can really personalise the fit. They may not be the lightest packs, but with all the optio

Gregory Focal 58L Review - ''A robust carrying system, packed full of features and for a weight of 1.3kg''
Posted by Chris Futers on Aug 15, 2023
This year’s ‘The Great Outdoor Challenge’ (TGOC) allowed me
to take the Gregory Focal 58L rucksack out into the Scottish Highlands, whilst
I’d attempted to make it from Plockton in the West to Montrose on the East Coast.
For the TGOC, most look for a pack size between 45 litres

Gregory Stout 60L Review - “We were very impressed with the overall build quality.”

How much does it weigh?
The sample pack I used had a medium back length and with all the optional components removed it weighed 1100 grams, but you

Cairngorm Treks Review - Gregory Paragon 58 Backpack

Gregory
have a great reputation for making comfortable and very well-built
packs. We have never had the chance to use one of their backpacks before
so when we received the Gregory Paragon 58 we were eager to get it out
into the hills and see for ourselves what all the hype was about.
Firstly, and also importantly, if counting grams is of
importance, we recommend you probably look

UOG Review - Gregory Optic 58 Rucksack
Posted by Mark Richardson on Feb 04, 2019
Very comfortable pack with a strong frame and venting back panelFor me a decent 50-60 litre backpacking rucksack should weigh about a kilogram, in my experience packs that weigh a lot less than this have an inferior frame/harness combination and won’t give you a comfortable carry at my typical backpacking weight of 30-35lbs (that's around 15kg). The Gregory Optic 58 Litre pack just meets this crit
