The Big Agnes Women's Greystone 30 uses 650-fill-power, DownTek-treated down with a 340g fill, offering a solid balance of warmth and packability at 841g. When paired with a suitable sleeping mat, the -8°C comfort rating feels fair.
The mummy shape is efficient without feeling restrictive, with a slightly roomier cut than more performance-driven bags, making it easier to settle and move naturally. A full-length zip provides good temperature control, while the shaped hood and draft collar help retain warmth when conditions cool.
Recycled fabrics give a reassuring level of durability without adding unnecessary weight, and the overall construction is simple and practical. The DownTek treatment offers some resistance to damp, helping maintain loft in variable conditions, though it is still best kept dry where possible. Pack size is respectable for a 650-fill bag, though not as compact as higher-fill-power alternatives.
