Our Verdict
At 55g, the Berghaus Theralite Neck Gaiter is light enough to keep in a pocket or pack year-round. The Polartec Power Grid fabric provides useful warmth while staying breathable, which makes it well suited to higher-output use.
I like the simplicity here. The close-fitting stretch fabric sits comfortably around the neck without much bulk, while the flatlocked seams help keep it smooth against the skin.
