Our Verdict
At just 17g, the Berghaus Theralite Headband is about as lightweight as this sort of layer gets. The Polartec Power Grid fabric adds a little warmth while still letting plenty of heat escape, which makes more sense to me for active use.
I like how simple it is. The low-profile shape covers the ears without trapping too much heat, and the flatlocked seams help it stay comfortable against the skin.
