Our Verdict
The Parsec LT 0F/-18C sits firmly in the winter category, offering a high level of warmth without the bulk. At 1170g, it packs down relatively small, while still delivering a solid performance in sub-zero conditions.
The fit is a well-judged mummy shape that avoids feeling restrictive, with enough room to layer if needed. The updated zoned insulation provides good heat retention across the core with fewer noticeable cold spots. The footbox stands out for its ability to retain warmth, an area where winter bags often fall short.
The 20D recycled fabric feels light but considered, and the two-way zip allows for straightforward venting. Hydrophobic down adds a layer of reassurance in damp UK conditions, helping maintain loft over time.
