Our Verdict
The Parsec LT 20F uses 900-fill-power hydrophobic down with a 490g fill to deliver a strong warmth-to-weight ratio, weighing 872g. It packs down well while providing dependable insulation in sub-zero conditions. The comfort limit of around -6°C feels realistic when paired with an appropriate mat, with enough range for colder spring and autumn use.
The tapered mummy cut balances efficiency and comfort, retaining heat without feeling overly restrictive. Zoned insulation delivers warmth where it is most needed, and the insulated footbox helps retain warmth in the feet. A full-length zip allows for controlled ventilation in camp.
Overall, this is a well-considered option for those prioritising low weight and efficient warmth.
