Inside, Dragonfly OSMO™ is as resilient as it is roomy. Its solution-dyed, PFAS-free proprietary fabric repels water, resists tearing, and stays taut in wet conditions. Designed to withstand harsh winds, it keeps you dry and protected no matter the weather.
Generous doors and spacious vestibules make entry and gear access effortless. The included Landing Zone™ storage tub protects gear from mud and can be positioned in either vestibule. A gear loft, multiple pockets, and the Nightlight Pocket™ provide organized storage and soft, even illumination from your headlamp. An updated Divvy Cube™ stuff sack allows partners to split weight and pack more efficiently.

Our Verdict
The Nemo Dragonfly OSMO 1P Tent builds on the same low-weight design, with the latest update improving both fabric performance and internal space. The revised OSMO fabric is designed to increase water resistance and reduce stretch when wet. In practice, that helps the fly stay taut in prolonged rain, maintaining a more consistent pitch in damp conditions.
The updated pole structure with a crossbar makes a noticeable difference to the internal space. Headroom is improved across the tent rather than being limited to the peak, and the shape feels more open for a one-person shelter. It comfortably accommodates a wide mat, with enough room to keep essential gear inside without the space feeling restrictive.
For me, one of the biggest upgrades is the amount of storage. The integrated gear loft and generous pockets provide ample space for smaller items, keeping essentials organised and easy to access. The Nightlight Pocket is a thoughtful addition, diffusing headlamp light to create a softer, more even glow inside the tent. The included Landing Zone adds a practical way to keep gear off wet ground in the vestibule.
Setup is straightforward and intuitive. The freestanding structure and updated fly attachment create a clean pitch that feels secure in the wind. Packed size remains compact, making it easy to carry on the trail without taking up unnecessary space in the pack. It slides into a rucksack side pocket easily.
Ventilation is strong, with large mesh panels allowing effective airflow. Condensation is generally well managed, though conditions will always play a role.
At 1151g for the fly, inner and poles, the focus is on maintaining a low carry weight while improving internal space and usability in camp.
