A smart, all-in-one stove kit
Lite Plus Stove System II includes a top-mounted stove and a burner with Laminar Flow Burner technology for a stable centre of gravity. The kit also includes a 0.8L hard-anodised aluminium pot with heat exchanger and pouring spout, a lid that doubles as a cup, an insulated pot sleeve, integrated Piezo igniter and canister support.
Stable, wind-resistant and fuel-efficient
The Laminar Flow Burner technology keeps the centre of gravity low and stable. The burner is wind-resistant and fuel-efficient, boiling 0.5 litres of water in under three minutes. Details like the updated Piezo igniter, refined handles and compact packability make it easy to use, again and again.

Our Verdict
The Primus Lite Plus Stove System II 0.8L strikes a thoughtful balance between performance and practicality. The integrated design keeps everything compact and organised, while the updated burner and heat exchanger continue to deliver the fast boil times and fuel efficiency that have made the Lite series so popular with backpackers.
What I like most is how straightforward the system feels. The locking pot connection is secure without being fiddly, and the insulated sleeve makes the pot comfortable to handle when cooking or eating directly from it. The 0.8-litre capacity also feels well judged, offering enough room for meals and hot drinks without making the overall package unnecessarily bulky.
The narrow pot shape naturally favours boiling water over more involved cooking, but that is true of most integrated stove systems. For solo backpacking, bikepacking and lightweight camping where efficiency and packability matter most, this remains a highly refined stove system.
