Our Verdict
Injinji's Liner Crew Socks provide an additional layer between your sock and your feet, which can dramatically cut the chances of developing blisters by reducing skin-to-skin friction. Think of it as a baselayer for your feet; they help to move moisture away from your feet and aid with breathability.
The design is like marmite, love-or-hate, but once you've got used to the strange feeling around your toes, they are a super comfortable sock. Separating the toes reduces the risk of blisters significantly. I've used these for ultra distances and mountain marathons in warm, wet and freezing conditions, and I genuinely wouldn't wear anything else for long runs anymore. Getting used to putting them on can be annoying, but running in them is worth it every time.
