Our Verdict
The Sunslice Fusion FLEX 6 is an impressively portable and lightweight solar charger that packs a lot of power into its compact size. Weighing only 115 grams and having the dimensions of a slim A4 paper size, it can easily slip into any backpack or bag without adding much bulk or weight. This makes it an ideal choice for hikers, campers, cyclists or anyone wanting to stay powered up on the go using just the sun's rays.
It is advisable to connect the solar panel to a power bank and allow it to charge throughout the day. Then, when setting up camp, you can use the power bank to charge your devices, such as your phone, watch, satellite communication device, etc.
Despite its small stature, the 6 watt Fusion FLEX 6 doesn't sacrifice charging capability. It utilizes highly efficient flexible solar cells that provide excellent power output for the panel's size and weight. The single USB-A port puts out a respectable 5V/1.2A
The intelligent and rugged design is another highlight. With four reinforced corner attachment points, you can lash or hang the thin 1mm panel onto backpacks, tents, bike racks and more to angle it correctly toward the sun. An LED indicator lets you know when it's charging too. The flexible nature protects against drops and allows it to bend and curve as needed.
