Silva's Intelligent Light Technology
The one thing all our Silva Head Torches have in common is Silva's Intelligent Light functionality. The unique combination of a long reach spotlight and a close floodlight results in less head movement, better control, improved balance and minimised risk of missing important details. We've been trying it out recently, and we like it, one of those things that you don't realise is a feature, but you just feel you're using a good quality light.
Smini Models
Smini is the first step on a circular design journey for the brand and is a modular headlamp. Smini comes with two different headbands (3 mm and 15 mm) to suit various activities and users. The headlamp is easy to disassemble at the end of its product lifecycle, and it features a QR code that provides access to product information. The lamp house and headband are made of recycled materials.
Smini Fly Headtorch
Smini Fly is a super lightweight headlamp with a minimalistic 3 mm headband, optimal as a compact backup light during races or lightweight trekking. Weighing only 39 grams and boosting 250 lumens, it has the perfect balance of weight and brightness. Comes with a USB-C rechargeable battery to ensure you're always powered up, and red light for close-range readings in very dark conditions. Made of recycled material.
Smini Headtorch
The Silva Smini Headtorch is an impressively compact and lightweight option, making it a fantastic choice for those who need reliable illumination without bulk. Weighing only 53 grams, this little headtorch still provides a respectable 250 lumens, which is adequate for night hikes or as a backup light. Its modular design offers versatility, with the option to swap to a minimalist 3mm bungee headband for ultralight use or stick with the 15mm headband, complete with a rear red safety light for added visibility.

Discover Hybrid
Discover Hybrid is a 500 lumen headlamp for all your outdoor adventures. This durable headlamp has a comfortable wide headband with an included helmet mount. The design is dust-tight and water-resistant according to IP65. The headlamp’s red light mode preserves your night vision, and the orange light enables better map reading. Discover headlamps feature Hybrid technology, meaning they are compatible with rechargeable Silva Hybrid Battery (included in Discovery Hybrid) and AAA batteries.
Explore Models
With its 700 lumens, Explore 5 is a powerful upgrade of the previous Explore headlamp. Its durable, dust-tight, and fully waterproof (IP68 standard) design makes Explore 5 the optimal headlamp for all conditions. It features Silva Intelligent Light with COB-LED for fewer shadows and wider light for close distance. It has 4 brightness levels, a red light mode that preserves night vision and an orange light for better map reading. The lamp has a lock function, a large power button to operate with one hand even when wearing gloves, and a built-in, rechargeable 2.0Ah Li-Ion battery.
Trail Runner Models
Silva's most flexible running head torch is the Trail Runner Free. It is a lightweight head torch, and the Free 2 Hybrid model weighs as little as 132 grams. Thanks to the integrated power cable in the headband, you avoid cable clutter; Trail Runner Free gives you a feeling of total freedom.
Trail Runner Free 2 Hybrid
Lightweight, cordless headlamp with 500 lumens for everyday running. It comes with a rechargeable hybrid battery and a hybrid battery case that also makes it compatible with AAA batteries. Max mode burn time: 3 h. Weight with hybrid battery: 132g.
