Our Verdict
The Food Cosy is a small insulated sleeve that slows heat loss from dehydrated meal pouches after you add boiling water. Montbell has reduced the weight while moving to a tougher 70D nylon outer and adding a hand strap. At just 31g on our scales, it is a very small addition to a cook kit, and the strap makes a hot pouch easier and more stable to hold while eating.
