High-quality durable hiking tights made from a high-wicking, fast-drying recycled “stretch” fabric.

Abisko Trekking Tights Pro W are highly technical, made from a double-knitted, moisture-wicking stretch fabric with recycled polyester and a matte, opaque finish. The pockets are tilted for easier access and the 7/8-length legs fit really well with socks and hiking boots. Reinforcements in high-stretch Cordura offer extra protection in rough terrain or when sitting on damp ground.
Our Verdict
The quality and durability of these tights were the first things that stood out to me, fjallraven is known for its high quality, and these tights are no exception.
Body-mapped to be soft and comfortable but hard-wearing, specifically at the rear and knees which have been reinforced with a more durable Cordura, a water-repelling material, which gives added protection when sitting. Most hiking tights are very comfortable but not very durable, these are made to last.
Made from a high-wicking, fast-drying “stretch” fabric, these will keep you comfortable on the trail and will dry quickly after a river crossing or sudden downpour. The waistband is really high and wide and can be adjusted with a drawcord, so they fit incredibly well but are also great to use with a climbing harness or hip belt.
A large flat pocket, located on the right leg is perfect for storing a mobile phone, when not in use the pocket disappears giving you a streamlined shape, another flat pocket is located on the left leg. A discreet pocket is also located in the waistband.
These will be a go-to season after season, hard-working and reliable, fantastic out on the trail, but just as good in day-to-day life, these would be super comfy to travel in.
