Rab says:
Made for lightweight day hikes, adventure travel, and active commutes, this versatile 2L belt pack provides slick, streamlined storage for essential kit. With an adjustable hipbelt that’s quick to extend, you can mix it up and wear it across your body as well as around your waist. Your everyday outdoor companion, it’s the belt pack you’ll keep by the door, always ready for the next micro-adventure.
Our Verdict
The Tygen 2 is a simple 2-litre belt pack for keeping small essentials close to hand without having to carry a full rucksack. At 133g, it is light enough for short walks, travel and everyday use, while the adjustable hipbelt can also be extended for cross-body carry.
I like the internal organisation. The padded divider helps separate a phone, wallet or compact camera, while the zipped pocket, internal division and key clip help prevent smaller items from getting lost. The perforated back panel prevents sweat buildup, though I would not treat this as a specialist running pack.
