Black Diamond's Trekking Pole Tip Protectors are compatible with most Black Diamond trekking poles that have Flex Tips*, as well as many other brands of trekking poles. These protectors help eliminate the annoying 'chip chip' sound when walking on rocks and roads, while also preventing scratches to the rocks.

Our Verdict
If you are going to hit tarmac anywhere on your route it may be worth taking a pair of these rubber tips along otherwise strangers turn around as you approach and look disapproving as you 'chink... chink' up the road - I'm used to it.
