When you first take your travel mirror out of its case, there is one protected film side and one brushed metal side.
Travel Tip: Remove the protective film cover from the mirror before use.
Our Verdict
Though this is an excellent product to check out your "tent bed head" in the morning, it also can have other advantages that have nothing to do with vanity.
Checking yourself for ticks is very important, especially if you are travelling solo, and this can help you view the areas that are hard to see. Also, it can reflect the sun to signal for help if you are in a survival situation… it's also nice to look your best when heading into town.
