Our Verdict
The Eagle Creek Tour Lite Travel Pack 38L keeps things straightforward, with a clamshell opening that makes packing and accessing clothing much easier than a traditional top-loading rucksack. Internal compression straps and mesh pockets provide enough organisation without making the interior overly complicated, while the front flap pocket is handy for items you may want during a journey.
I particularly like the carrying setup. Padded shoulder straps, a sternum strap and a padded hipbelt should make longer walks through airports and between accommodation more comfortable, while the hipbelt can be stowed when it is not needed.
