Our Verdict
This robust trowel is necessary if you plan on being out for any length of time, but especially if you are away for a few nights. The trowel easily cuts through topsoil, roots, and turf; the tough titanium is strong but light enough to be stashed in a side pocket until needed.
The ergonomic design feels good in the hand and allows for enough perches to dig a hole quickly, but in tougher conditions, we recommend digging with the handle as more pressure is applied to a smaller area.
