Rab's Thermic Neutrino sleeping bag liner is a nice fleece based product that will upgrade your sleeping bag's insulation value as well as keeping it clean, although using a liner makes getting in and out of sleeping bags a bit trickier.

With a tapered mummy shape, a weight of 400g and a compact stuff sack, it’s a valuable cold weather camping accessory.
Our Verdict
Any sleeping bag liner will do two things, keep your bag clean and add additional insulation value. Rab's Thermic Neutrino Sleeping Bag Liner is primarily designed to do the latter, and although there are no estimates from Rab I would expect a thermal liner of this weight to upgrade your sleeping bag by around 5C, this would upgrade a 0C bag to -5C, so it extends the usage window quite a bit.
One problem with using a liner is that it doesn't have a zip, so it becomes a bit more difficult to get in and out of your bag, sometimes its better just to put more clothes on, especially if you have clothing that you only use for sleeping in.
Having said that this liner is a nice product at a weight quite a bit less than Rab have quoted at 329grams.
