This dish features cod from Norway’s prized skrei harvest, available only from January to March for peak freshness. Paired with tender potatoes, carrots, and a mix of Tex-Mex flavors: sweetcorn, paprika, chili, garlic, cumin, and beans. Each bite blends Norwegian tradition with southern flair, perfect for hikers, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts craving something different.

We’ve boosted texture and appearance by using larger carrot pieces and smaller chunks of fish. This ensures a better look and feel after rehydration, so your meal tastes great and looks good in the wild.
