At 352 grams for Medium, this mid-weight fleece combines Rab’s Thermic stretch fabric with a soft, under-helmet hood and thumb loops for seamless layering. The 2024 update includes an enlarged, bonded chest pocket and two harness-compatible handwarmer pockets, ensuring it functions just as well for downtime as it does on high-output climbs.
The athletic fit and durable, pill-resistant face fabric make the Superflux a long-lasting, technical option for all seasons. It’s worth noting that while the hoody excels in breathability and moisture management, it may not provide the full warmth of bulkier fleeces—best suited as an insulating layer in a layering system or for milder conditions.
