The Pyro 250 sits firmly in the lightweight end of the market, with 750 fill power down and a 220g fill delivering a balance of warmth and packability. At 521g, it packs small, suiting diled in sleep systems. The temperature ratings are realistic for UK summer and mild shoulder-season conditions if paired with an appropriate mat.
The mummy cut is relatively trim, which helps retain heat but may feel restrictive for broader builds or for those who move around at night. The 3/4-length zip keeps weight down and works well in cooler conditions, though it limits venting as temperatures rise. Build quality is solid, with a practical hood and plenty of adjustment points to tailor the fit as temperatures change.
