Stretch trousers with secure storage.
Turbat says:
An update to the most popular series of trousers. The Prut Trek version has been improved based on feedback and wishes from the users: they have a new stretchy waistband with an elastic and new upper vertical hand pockets. The time-tested elastic material and fitted sporty silhouette remain unchanged.
Our Verdict
The Turbat Prut Trek Pants are light, stretchy trekking trousers for fast walks, summer hill days and travel. At 246g (Medium), the nylon-elastane fabric keeps them light, stretchy and easy to move in on steeper ground.
The updated elastic waistband is the key comfort detail. It sits neatly under a pac, removing the need for a belt, while the fitted cut keeps the trousers tidy without feeling overly technical.
I also like the pocket layout. The two vertical zippered hand pockets provide secure storage, and the extra leg pocket is shaped for a phone or small items without feeling bulky.
The fabric is best suited to warmer conditions and regular trail use rather than rough scrambling. Still, for summer trekking, lightweight backpacking and travel, they look like a neat, practical option.
