Our Verdict
Sierra Design's Meteor 3000 3P Tent is a great all-rounder that gives you a good amount of internal space, two decent vestibules and a practical set-up design. The simple but highly effective pole design allows you to quickly and easily set up and put down the tent. The space inside is generous for three people and the use of almost vertical walls makes the space more practical for sitting up in. It allows good ventilation and stands up well to typical three season conditions in the UK.
This tent provides amazing value for money. Although it's not the lightest weight three man tent it is highly durable and practical. The materials used, quality of construction and overall weight are really impressive for the price. An excellent tent for anyone new to camping or prioritising value for money.
