Fjällräven's Keb Insulated Trousers exemplify the brand’s commitment to quality, functionality, and sustainability. These trousers are excellent for cold-weather trekking, performing equally well under shell trousers or as a stand-alone option on drier days. They are ideal for winter wild camping, where comfort and reliable insulation are essential. At 367g (for a medium), they are surprisingly light for their warmth, thanks to a 60g/m² layer of recycled synthetic insulation that balances breathability with insulation.
Constructed from recycled polyester, the Keb Insulated Trousers are PFC-free, an environmentally responsible choice that aligns with Fjällräven’s eco-conscious approach. The trousers feature a high, elasticated waistband for comfort, while the elastic-bound leg openings effectively trap warmth. Their relaxed fit allows for freedom of movement, and their warmth is bolstered by simple but effective hand pockets lined for added comfort.
While these are robust enough for outdoor winter treks, their comfort makes them suitable for indoor use on cold days.
