In the continuation of the Hike Lite series, we are adding the bottom part. Elastic and light material that has proven itself in previous seasons in Hike Lite models. Works to remove moisture during active movement and dries very quickly. This model will complement the thermal kit with a Hike Lite T-shirt for activities and hikes in the demi-season.
Our Verdict
The Turbat Hike Lite Bottoms are lightweight synthetic baselayer leggings for cool starts, camp use and sleeping. At 139g (Medium), they are easy to justify as a spare layer, while the 90% polyester and 10% elastane fabric gives a good mix of drying speed and stretch.
I like the close fit for layering, as it should sit neatly under walking trousers without bunching. The flat seams are another important detail, helping reduce rubbing when worn for longer periods or under a pack hipbelt.
