The Berghaus Cryonox Gloves weigh 115g in Medium/Large and use a Hydroshell membrane to block wind and rain without feeling excessively bulky.
I like the gauntlet-style cuff, with an elasticated wrist and adjustable forearm cord giving a secure fit under a jacket sleeve. The synthetic suede palm also adds useful grip for poles and general winter kit.
Touchscreen-compatible fingers and thumbs are handy when you need to check a phone or take a photo.
