Our Verdict
Nortec's Alp Forest Micro Crampons use a combination of materials to create a versatile crampon that gives you some serious levels of grip. A combination of spike lengths allows for accurate foot placement and a solid hold on a range of frozen surfaces. With technical touches that help reduce snow balling under them and improve stability these crampons are a great piece of kit.
They are easy to put on with the silicon strap around the boot. A combination of steel chains connect to the spikes allowing some movement to keep you comfortable when worn for extended periods. The tough pouch they come with is great for storage and transport.
