Black Diamond's 38mm Trekking Baskets are standard-sized trekking baskets, large enough to stop the trekking pole disappearing through cracks in the rocks.
Black Diamond says:
38mm Trekking Basket for trekking or ski poles. Will not fit on most Z-poles except for the Distance Plus and Alpine series Z-poles. Not compatible with Trail Sport poles or Helio fixed length poles.
