Our Verdict
A staple of Montanes line for the past few seasons, these new and updated Ineos are tough and breathable trousers that offer a perfect balance of wind and water resistance.
Made with Mala stretch material yet, they offer a good balance between freedom of movement and ruggedness, comfort, and security.
They have been treated with a strong DWR which helps the trouser shrug of moderate to light rain and helps them dry out very quickly if they get truly soaked.
The waist band is semi-elasticated, so you get a very nice comfortable fit, that allows for a good deal of movement.
