STAFF'S TASTE TEST - Summit to Eat’s Vegan Thai Green Curry offers a creamy, coconut-rich meal that’s hearty and satisfying after a day outdoors. The flavours are subtle and authentic, hydrating well into a comforting dish that's easy to prepare. While a few of us would have liked a bit more seasoning (it needed a little salt), it’s a solid, plant-based option.
