Our Verdict
Vargo's UtiliTi Knife is a beautifully crafted blade, akin to parcel or craft knives with its retractable blade, it's a safe way to take a sharp blade with you if you are wary of having a full-on knife. It comes with 10 extra blades which should last you many years of backpacking, if you do run out you'll want to google trapezoid blade to find more replacements.
