A sensation in every sense of the word. The design may not be to everyone's taste but the performance certainly is. Reducing the risk of blisters is a game changer whether you're a ultra runner or a mountain walker an the Injinji design works wonders in this regard.

Our Verdict
Injinji's Trail Midweight Mini-Crew Socks are great for colder conditions and provide plenty of padding for longer distances. The mix of fabrics still provides a good level of cushioning, warmth and breathability. The use of Coolmax material breathes well and the additional thickness of the fabric still allows your feet to stay warm enough. The Trail weight is a bit more rugged and will keep your feet comfortable whether you're running a marathon or fast packing through the mountains in summer. The Mini-Crew design does a better job at keeping out debris on the trails compared to the low cut alternatives.
The design is like marmite, love-or-hate, but once you've got used to the strange feeling around your toes they are a super comfortable sock. Separating the toes reduces to risk of blisters significantly and I've used these for ultra distances and mountain marathons in warm, wet and freezing conditions and I genuinely wouldn't wear anything else for long runs anymore. They can be annoying getting used to putting them on but the benefits of running in them are certainly worth it every time.
