A durable, well-sized tent bag that makes packing and protecting your tent straightforward
Hilleberg says:
While our various stuff bags are sized for our poles, pegs, and, of course, our tents, they are also ideal for organizing your gear.
Our Verdict
The Hilleberg Tent Bag XP 58 x 17cm is a simple but well-executed upgrade over standard tent stuff sacks. At 84g, it uses a heavier PU-coated fabric that feels noticeably tougher than the thin bags tents often come with, giving more confidence when carrying a shelter externally or setting it down on rough ground.
The sizing works well for models like the Akto, Enan, Niak and Anjan 2 or 3, with enough room to pack the tent without forcing it in, while still keeping a tidy shape in the pack. It strikes a good balance between ease of packing and a secure fit, rather than aiming for maximum compression.
The sewn-in handle is a useful addition for handling around camp. A straightforward design, but the durability and practical sizing make it a reliable option for regular use.
