A barely-there waistbelt for carrying the small essentials without committing to a running vest.
OMM says:
A lightweight stretch waistbelt which is comfortable to wear to the skin, designed to carry just enough for short to medium training runs. The four secure stretch pockets on the hips are easy to access on the move. Larger front and back pockets, including a secure zipped pocket.
Our Verdict
At 38g (Medium), the OMM Stretch Waistbelt is a very light way to carry essentials without wearing a vest or pack. The stretch fit is the main strength, sitting close to the body so small items can be carried with less bounce than a traditional waist pouch.
I like the pocket layout for something this minimal. Four stretch pockets provide quick access to gels, gloves, or snacks, while the larger front and rear pockets add space for a phone or soft item. The zipped pocket is the key detail for anything you really do not want to lose.
It suits runners and fast walkers who want simple storage for short- to medium-length training runs.
