The result is an exquisite and durable 55% silk / 45% Egyptian cotton blend that is slightly heavier and stronger than pure silk. Cocoon's Silk Cotton MummyLiner is ideal for use with a sleeping bag with the mummy shape and specific footbox fitting bags really well. The combination of silk and cotton make this a practical, easy to care for liner that is perfect piece for anyone wanting to keep their sleeping bags clean for as long as possible or helping with temperature regulation. As usual with liners they can be used to boost the temperature rating of your sleeping bag and this one can add up to 4.8°C.
The liner has a nice, wide access at the top and has a drawstring hood for colder conditions. For such a lightweight piece of kit it is surprisingly durable and easy enough to clean.
