Our Verdict
Weighing around 62 g, the Rab Logo Band Beanie uses a fine-gauge recycled polyester knit with a soft internal fleece headband for warmth around the ears. The construction feels well judged: warm enough for most cool-weather hikes or camp use, yet light and breathable enough for active days. The fit is close and comfortable without being restrictive, and the fleece band adds insulation where it’s most needed.
In strong, sustained wind, it lacks the protection of a dedicated windproof cap, but for general use and moderate cold, it performs reliably. The recycled build and clean aesthetic make it a solid, functional choice for year-round mountain and casual wear.
