Our Verdict
Primus' Fieldchef Pocket Knife main feature is that the blade locks in both open and closed positions. This makes it very useable for food preperation but also makes it safe to store it away when not in use. The 10cm steel blade is a good size and is not too unwieldy around the campsite, when space might be limited.
