Our Verdict
At 124g and 5000mAh, the Pocket 5 is clearly focused on convenience rather than maximum capacity. The magnetic connection is the standout feature. It holds the phone securely, which is particularly useful overnight in a tent, where cables can easily come loose as you shift and shuffle. It's nice to have the confidence that your device is charged and ready for the next day. It also works well when moving, you can fit both the powerbank and phone in a chest pocket, the magnetic connection means you're not worried about your power cable straining the charging port. The built-in cable adds flexibility, and the slim profile and solid aluminium build give it a secure, durable feel in hand and in use.
