Our Verdict
The Hydrapak PackFlask 500ml is a collapsible option designed for quick access on the trail. At 88g including the pouch, it keeps weight low while offering a compact 500ml capacity.
The harness-mounted pouch holds the flask securely and keeps the bottle within easy reach on your shoulder strap. The soft design reduces bulk as you drink, helping it sit neatly on a pack.
The bite valve delivers a steady flow, though the softer structure feels less stable than a hard bottle.
It works well for fast-moving days where accessibility and low bulk matter.
