Fast access with minimal bulk
Osprey says:
This season, the Duro | Dyna Family sees a lighter, softer design with new 360° stretch structured mesh fabric that prioritises stability and breathability. Born and raised among the tallest peaks of the Colorado Rockies, Duro | Dyna has grown to support runners all over the world in various disciplines and terrain. Whether you’re looking for a podium, fastest known time or beautiful activity as the sun rises, Osprey keeps you comfortable, in rhythm no matter the distance.
Our Verdict
At 88g, the Osprey Duro Dyna LT Belt is a lightweight running belt for carrying a phone, keys, gels, and small essentials without wearing a vest. The main strength is the low-bulk body-wrap fit, which gives more stability than a narrow phone belt while keeping body coverage low.
The pocket layout is simple but practical. A zipped pocket secures valuables, the drop-in pocket gives quick access to small items, and the rear stretch pocket adds space for gloves or a very light layer. I also like the rear phone stabiliser pocket, as phones are often the item most likely to cause bounce.
