Our Verdict

Radix Nutrition offers a wide range of meals and energy servings. The Original range of meals is available in 400 calories for the breakfasts and 600 calories for the main meals, sufficient for most people's appetites. However, a higher energy serving, the ultra range, offers 800kcal meals to those with bigger appetites and those pushing themselves further and need more energy.

STAFF'S TASTE TEST - The seeds and nuts in Radix meals add flavour and texture, as with all Radix meals. However, we found this meal to be less interesting than the others. It had a good flavour and texture but was not very exciting. We prepared this dish with cold water, but we think it would have been better with hot water, which would have better suited the flavours.
