Super light, super stretchy gaiters like these are brilliant for hikers and trail runners alike; they keep the detritus of the trail from entering your shoes. There are incredibly breathable, so your feet don’t get too hot. They have an abrasion-resistant instep which protects the gaiter., good for bush whacking sections.
