Made from ethically-produced mulesing-free Merino wool, the materials used in this top have been certified by the Responsible Wool Standard. To achieve this certification, the wool farmer and INOV8 must meet rigorous animal welfare, land management and social requirements.
Merino wool is naturally insulating (by trapping hot air in its fibres), but also highly breathable (by wicking sweat away from your skin). It's quick-drying too, making it perfect for use on more intense, hilly hikes.
The MERINO HIKING HOODIE HZ can be worn as an outer layer, or under a waterproof jacket when the weather is cooler or wet. The hood also provides extra warmth on windy days or cooler spring or autumnal conditions.
A regular fit to the hoodie means it isn't too tight or too loose. This allows you full range of movement when hiking, but also means that the hoodie looks great when worn on its own, and isn't baggy when worn under another layer.
This highly-versatile hoodie is ideal for walking or more intense hikes. Its natural odour resistance also makes it a great piece for multi day hikes/backpacking trips, where you want to pack less and reuse kit.
