Our Verdict
The Meridian Waterproof Tote Pack combines a 25L tote with a fully taped roll-top construction, giving it far more weather protection than a typical everyday bag. At 615g, it uses a tough 600D recycled polyester body with ReSHIELD laminate and reinforced stress points.
What I like most is how easily it changes between uses. Leave the collar folded inside, and it works as an open tote; roll it shut when you need waterproofing, or convert the straps into padded backpack straps for longer carries.
Organisation is deliberately simple, but I think that suits the design. The wide opening makes loading easy, while the waterproof construction is the real reason to choose it over a conventional tote.
