Our Verdict
The Maya 2 LS Shirt strikes a solid balance between comfort and function. At 187g (Medium), the nylon-polyester-elastane blend is easy to pack and comfortable to wear, feeling smooth against the skin and stretching just enough to stay comfortable during active use. The loose fit allows air to circulate, which helps keep things cooler during long, sunny days.
UPF50+ protection adds versatility, and the sleeve roll-up tabs are simple but effective for switching between coverage and airflow. The fabric dries quickly and holds up well to repeated wear, making it easy to pack for longer trips or use daily. Hands down, this is my favourite trekking shirt.
