Our Verdict
The Topo Athletic FKT Insole uses closed-cell beaded foam that absorbs little water, helping footwear drain and dry faster after stream crossings or long periods in wet conditions.
The foam also feels firmer and slightly springy underfoot, adding cushioning without becoming overly soft. At 49g for a UK8 pair, it is more substantial than a basic insole, but the extra structure helps it retain its shape over longer days.
