Our Verdict
Evernew's Miyama Kogatana Knife is most suited to food preparation. It is extremely lightweight and packable, the sheath works well to protect your other gear if you stow this knife away inside a pot. Plus, the handle is able to take paracord around it in order to give the knife more substance and a better grip if you're using it a lot.
