Our Verdict
The Osprey Duro Pro 10 Vest Pack with Flasks impresses most with its stability. The vest-style fit wraps securely around the torso, minimising movement even when carrying a full load of water, layers, and essentials. At 222g (Medium), it feels remarkably light for a pack with this level of organisation.
The front storage is particularly well executed. With soft flask pockets, stretch pockets, and zipped compartments, most frequently used items remain within easy reach. I also like the included pole quiver and multiple pole-carry options, which add flexibility without complicating the design.
Comfort is another strong point, with the soft airmesh harness helping manage moisture during high-output activities. This is a specialised pack aimed at runners and fastpackers rather than traditional hikers, but within that role, it feels exceptionally well thought out.
For ultra-distance running, mountain days and lightweight fastpacking, it is a highly capable carrying system.
