Our Verdict
At 156g (Medium), the Osprey Duro LT With Flasks is a minimal running vest for shorter trail runs, fast local hill efforts and warm-weather training. The main strength is the hydration setup, with two 500ml soft flasks giving a full litre of water without needing a larger pack.
The 360-degree stretch mesh keeps the vest close to the body, while the elastic closure cords help fine-tune the fit. I like the front storage layout, with flask pockets, stretch food pockets and a zipped pocket for small essentials. The pass-through lumbar pocket adds a little extra space for a very light layer or gloves.
There is no built-in pole carry, so this is not for a full mountain kit. It works best for runners who want hydration, gels, and small essentials with minimal bulk.
